Made of an exploratory and propositional nature, this paper intends to be a contribution to studies recognized within spatial justice. The aim is to opening a theoretical-empirical space of discussion about the modes and strategies which build up the fair. For this, the article developes in two parts: first, we present some hypothesis and reflections about justice, and the emerging possibilities of the concept when we put it in relationship with the idea of the common, proposed by Pierre Dardot and Christian Laval. Second, we operationalized the theoretical discussion, analyzing the strategies developed by Ríos Vivos Coalition. The focus is on the elements that highlight the different modes which the common principle assumes, in a specific praxis of struggle for the fair.
