Sergio Martín Blas, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, España

(1976) Doctor arquitecto, profesor de proyectos arquitectónicos de la ETSAM (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid - UPM) y miembro del grupo de investigación NuTAC. Desde 2014 coordina el proyecto “Vivienda Social y Regeneración Urbana en América Latina (HAR2013-48105-P) financiado por Plan Nacional de I+D+i del Gobierno de España.
